icon magazine, Max Fraser and The Club at the ICA have come together to launch a new showcasing and networking event for London’s creative sector.

The event is called Pecha Kucha — an informal networking and showcasing event founded by Klein Dytham Architects (KDA) in Tokyo in 2003. Pecha Kucha is an evening where designers, artists, architects, retailers, manufacturers, students, entrepreneurs etc are invited to present their designs, thoughts, and ideas. What sets Pecha Kucha apart from other events is the format: 16 speakers are each asked to show 20 images, and talk for 20 seconds about each one. After the presentations, the evening becomes an informal networking event with drinks, food, and music.
